The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The have plenty of above ground pool supplies. The shelves were stocked neatly. Also the store was very clean. I will have to come back to get more supplies for the fall season. It’ll be here before you know it.

This place has amazing service and is helpful to new pool owners. I have been using them a year now and I have had a pleasant experience with both store attendants and service staff coming out to the house. Would recommend them to anyone. Lastly, one store attendant named Doug has always gone above and beyond with helping me learn to care for my pool. He is very knowledgeable and has provided the best and cost effective was to care for my pool. Doug you get 5 stars from us!!!

Our experience with Parnell Pool and Spa of Lumberton, NC, was incredibly disappointing. We were promised by the salesperson, Mickey, that we would be swimming in our new pool within 10 days of breaking ground. In reality, the project dragged on for over a year, with numerous issues along the way. The communication was nearly non-existent, and workers would often show up only to sit around and accomplish little, leading to frustrating delays. The installation was plagued by mistakes, including a torn liner and incorrect parts being ordered. We had to repeatedly complain just to get essential items like the electrical conduit and concrete coping completed. Even after the pool was technically finished, no one bothered to explain how to operate the pump or balance the chemicals. The worst p

I would like to thank Parnell for the wonderful assistance that they have given us over the years. Our pool was already installed when we bought our house but Parnell has been there through every breakdown and equipment repair that we have had to do. Most recent was on O ring that broke . Went to parnell and bought what we thought was the replacement. When it didn't work I took it back with the lid and broken O ring. They didn't have the O ring that I needed in stock. So they took the lid off a pump that was on the floor and gave it to me. Lid and all. That is what you call excellent customer service!! Came home put it on and my pool is up and running for the summer. Thank you Parnell for looking out for me and my summer!! We will continue to be loyal customers.
