Austin came out this morning, arrived earlier than originally scheduled. Performed an annual inspection of our HVAC system. Very courteous and efficient. He did a great job and answered all of our questions.. Would recommend Parrain’s for your HVAC needs.

Everyone at Parrain's was so pleasant to talk with and extremely thorough at their work! We were very happy with the crew of guys who came to replace our air condition unit. They worked hard and were so patient with my toddler son who wanted to know about everything they were doing. Highly recommend this company!

You know I really held off writing this review because I didn’t want to. I was hoping they would do the right thing and I would not have to do this because I hate doing this. We had used Parrians in the past and they had done a wonderful job with service, so we choose them to replace our whole unit when the time came. Not only have they had to come out 3 times since installing the new unit. One of times was because the AC work upstairs was done horribly, where the unit busted open like a can of biscuits not even two months in and then the guy had the nerve to blame it on the other guy he was with when he installed it that day. Ok so you don’t check your work? So I asked for someone Senior to come out and check the work that was done to ensure this doesn’t keep happening and someone came an

Parrain’s service response was excellent- tech Antonio was on site the very next day. Antonio kept me posted on his arrival time. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained about the A/C problem and ensured it was operational prior to leaving. Great service. Thanks
