Prestigious AC, LLC.

Writing this review to caution homeowners against purchasing warranty agreements with this company or doing business with this company in general. Their practices are predatory, often charging customers for mistakes that were made by their own installers and working off agreements that have term limits which are never disclosed. There are a few very kind people who work for this company but the people at the higher level and their unjust practices need some major restructuring. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. In addition, Damien refused to take my calls after the initial visit and after I paid the fee he requested. I was unable to stay in my house because the temperature would not go above 50°, Now, multiple days later, it is at 48° and still unlivable. Prestigious AC actua

Excellent and quick service. A full install in less than two hours with zero mess or headache. Extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally polite professionals. I couldn’t be happier. Every encounter with Prestigious has been above and beyond the highest quality.

The knowledge and service that Damien and his Technician applied to our HVAC was highly proficient and thourough. In addition, they address all issues and possible future issues should there be one.Their service abilities are SUPREME along with judicious pricing. Great Job Guys! Prestigious air did a great job replacing my tenants unit . They came on time and they were in and out promptly. The guys were respectful of my Tenant and their belongings. They cleaned up the job and took all the old equipment without me asking. The owner Damien is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them !!

Damien will not honor his warranty. Will not even take my calls. Sad!
