My mom hired this company for a few months and was just so disappointed. We have a vinyl lined pool, so it does have a bit higher standard of care (tablets in the in-line feeder instead of a floater, no chlorine without diluting) but they truly didn’t care at all. they never stayed here more than 15 minutes, and only vacuumed it once the entire time we had them, as well as only cleaning the filter once. My mom had an issue with one tech not even brushing beyond one corner and requested he not be sent out again, but he was. It was just one problem after another. If you don’t have a vinyl pool and only require brushing, they’re polite and professional, it just didn’t feel like they did much actual maintenance for what they charged.

excellent job cleaning the pool. parrydise pools also adjusted my pump and filter so it is running more efficiently and quiiter.

My pool was in a bad state but when l called Parrydise Pool services they responded promptly. They did the assessment within two and started the cleaning the following day. I was updated every step of the way and even send pictures. They gave me the peace of mind l needed as all these transactions were done via phone and messages since l was out of the country. Excellent work. Thanks to all Parrydise team from the receptionist to the team on the ground. I recommend Parrydise Pool to anyone who needs their pool serviced. 👌👏👍
