PARS has been our family’s go-to company for over 15 years, and they have never disappointed. Most recently, they worked late into the evening to make sure we had heat again the same day — and that kind of dedication is rare. They’re consistently on time, professional, and honest, and they always get to you in a reasonable amount of time as soon as they can. The work is high-quality, communication is clear, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing it right. I recommend PARS without hesitation.

I have a new construction with a new HVAC unit, which was not working so they came and fixed it twice last year. They assured me after the second visit that there should not be any further problems, but our AC stopped working last Saturday. Due to the hot summer weather, we left two messages and hoped that they would get back to us soon. No one called me on Monday so I ended up calling to submit a request. I asked if they can come this Friday but they said the first available Friday was two weeks out. What makes me upset was that they did not even try to help me. Rather, the technician Bijan Gharaffi was being rude and careless when I begged him to please come sooner. I hope this company would be more responsible for their work and accommodating with customers' needs.

Working with the PARS staff was amazing from start to finish! They quickly scheduled a time to come out to see the needs and determine next steps. They ensured that the diagnostic made sense to me and the service tech and staff member who provided me a quote took their time explaining all aspects to me. The service was completed perfectly! I would recommend them to everyone.

Pars heating and air conditioning is wonderful to work with. The owner of the company is so honorable and fair and all his staff and technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Pars has helped us with installing 3 new units and their continued maintenance. I have had both Danny and Bijan. They are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Pars was fantastic. After calling to inquire about an appointment to check out problems I was having with my AC they were able to get a slot for me the same day and were on time for the service call. When Bijan, the technician came, he was extremely professional, very polite, and was happy to answer all of my questions. He was very experienced and well-informed and carried out the repair very quickly. He also stuck around after the repair to ensure that things were working properly before leaving to his next service call. I had a great experience with Pars and will definitely be going back whenever I have another issue with my AC (which is hopefully not soon!)
