Absolutely fantastic place to shop! I needed it a 1980's vintage valve part that no one else carried on a late Friday afternoon.... the water to my house would have had to be shut off until monday sometime and at rush hour traffic, I wouldn't be able to make it by their closing time at four o'clock. When talking with "Bud" he offered to stay late, so I could make it from Alexandria to Manassis at rush hour... keeping him 45 mins well past his normal closing time! When I thought I'd be paying 20 to 30 bucks. It was only nine dollars and something just barely $10 with tax. I've never been to a parts Store with such amazing customer service and extremely reasonable pricing. Next time, I'll go there first and make sure I start in the morning so I don't I'll make it there before closing! Tha

He identified the part, did not find it through their providers but nevertheless found it on Amazon, and he sent me the information for me to order it directly. Much appreciated!

Seriously the best!! I spent 3 weeks searching for a replica diverter valve for my shower. 2 plumbing supply stores, lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware. I was recommended this store and went today. He spent about 30 minutes or more searching through catalogs for a replica. Turns out my diverter is using two different brands together. We couldn't find a replica so he gave me some washers to try and said if they don't work he could send my valve out of state for me to get it checked out. The washers ended up working!!! Seriously 3 weeks of pain searching for this and I can finally use my shower lol. Amazing company!

The staff and owner at Parts Unlimited were extremely helpful in finding a replacement part for a discontinued toilet manufacturer. They patiently spent a great deal of time at closing, to help me locate exactly what I needed. Although it was a very inexpensive part, they were still happy to take the time and get it right....and it was. The toilet is working perfectly. Thank you Jackie and Kevin!

I was looking for a stem for my bathroom faucet and found Parts Unlimited through a quick Google search. I called ahead to make sure they were open and was greeted by a nice young man who told me they were. After a quick drive over I was greeted in person by the same nice guy. He quickly found my stem and got it to me at a reasonable price. Quick, easy and friendly. I'd highly recommend this place.
