Paid $20 shipping for a small part on February 26...no part received or even sent out a month later. I had to purchase it from another place and have already received it. Don't waste your money with these guys.

The heating element on my dryer went out. I called while I was at work to see if they had one in stock since they close before I was off work and was going to have a friend stop and pick it up. I don't have the serial number with and a Google search wasn't yielding a part number. I was able to give the Make and Model of the dryer and the person on the phone was of ZERO help. All I would get is a "I can't look nothing like that up." response. From my quick Google search this is a fairly universal part. If they really don't know washers and dryers by Make and Model, and that's their schtick, I definitely won't be doing business with them.
