Using Pasadena floors was a wonderful experience, everyone is professional , friendly and very helpful. The entire process was an excellent experience and we love our carpet. We would definitely go back there for all of our flooring.

Decided to go local over a "big box store", and I am so happy I did. First, Bob was so helpful and friendly the entire "flooring journey". He accommodated my limit time frame and worked to get my floors done as quickly as possible. I was treated as a valued customer and received great customer service. The flooring (LVP) is noticeably better quality than the other stores and PF had a great selection. I am in love with my new floors! Even though the flooring is much nicer and higher quality than what I could have gotten from "the other stores", the price ended up nearly the same! Installation was quick and painless! My whole upstairs was done in less than 5 hours! The entire experience was A++. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Pasadena Floors is a great company to work with. They are honest, personable and professional. We had them install carpet and hardwood floors (two different crews) and both jobs were completed on the same day as started. The result and the price are both excellent!
