Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric

$55,000 for three systems. Three years later, all have broken multiple times. Trane makes awful equipment. Paschal makes it worse with exhorbitant charges for maintenance, service, and endless service calls with technicians who have no clue. Look out - don't get hit by the Paschal TRANE.

It was a wonderful experience. They waited 30 minutes for me to get home to even get started! They were extremely nice and polite. I was very impressed by how quickly and efficiently they were able to do the job. I highly recommend going with them. You won’t regret it. They definitely helped us out when we need it the most, and we’re very understandable and worked with us! And I must give credit to Andre Campbell and another gentleman that i unfortunately can’t remember his name were the technicians that came out to us all the way from Arkansas!

Paschal provided quick service and our technician, Caleb was very professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable about discovering our issue and resolving it. I received text messages about when they were arriving and a picture of the technician. Very good communication before and after the call. The cost was a little higher than what we expected, but in the long run it was worth it. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Shane was very informative and he was able to answer my exhaustive questions. I’ve had poor experiences with proper company people and I have to put up with large amounts of pressure to pay for services nobody can afford. This time however, Shane provided me with an easy fix to my situation and helped me create a plan for the long term steps of repair without pressuring me into any additional sales. I was very happy with his work and help and I hope he is given the opportunity to climb higher in the financial ladder!

The staff members were very polite and helpful. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I was given multiple plans to choose from. They were able to fix my air conditioning problem the same day that they came out take a look, which I really appreciated because it was summer time.
