We recently worked with Paschal to upgrade two HVAC systems in our home and had a great experience from start to finish. We began the process with Daryl on the sales team. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the options so we could make an informed decision. What I appreciated most was that the sales process never felt pushy. It was straightforward, fact-based, and focused on helping us choose what made the most sense for our home. The installation took about two and a half days because of the scope of the work. I called on a Monday. Dillon came on a Tuesday. I had been told a couple times that our unit was undersized and it finally quit. It was time for a new unit. They were able to get us on the schedule for Thursday. Gilberto and Kevin showed up at 8am on the dot and worked until way after 7pm installing a new system, upgrading our duct work, new copper lines, top to bottom new system. My wife and I had to go out of town and my brother came and stayed while they worked. Our house attic access is not ideal so they had to make customizations and take out shelving in our closet. Enjoyed our experience with every single employee. Every single one made sure to answer all of our questions, left everything clean and tidy. I'm also very happy they took as long as they needed to to make sure everything was done right. These days too many people emphasize speed on everything. I don't care about speed, I want quality to come back. We will definitely continue to use these guys. Also I am immensely happy that they emphasize training for their people.

Dimitri and John, we’re very professional very informative. They were here on time. They repaired what they were going to repair and they did a very detailed inspection of all my other stuff and gave me very important information. No pressure just options. Very courteous. Very knowledgeable and very respectful. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
