Had some weird issues with lights blinking and a few outlets not working. Mr. Bill, their office manager, was very helpful. The crew he sent was very effective and professional in analyzing the problem with the outside entry panel. I will definitely call on them again if needed.

Worst Electrical Company EVER! Called them out to fix an outlet, was given a quote. Two days later was mailed an bill for $1,900 because they had to replace a wire. Seriously? You don't think that's important to explain while you are on the call? Do not recommend.

Good luck getting these guys to your door. If you want them to come out, make sure you dont actually go into your problem in any fine detail or the "owner" will say he wont come out due to some liability. The general excise is "we cant follow an unlicensed electrician" even if that electrician is the home owner. patently absurd, but I suppose they have enough business here in town serving the right-wing christian base they cater to. prejudice works that way too.

Patco went above and beyond for my family when they didn't have to do a thing! After a heavy rainstorm over the MLK weekend, I had a streetlight fall into my yard. Because I could see wires and coils at the broken globe and wires at the base, and because I live in a neighborhood with tons of kids and pets around, I called the emergency line to the power company to make sure power was cut to the pole. Long story short, the answering service couldn't tell me if there was power still running to the streetlight or if the downed light was a danger to anyone. They also wouldn't send anyone to check because my home's power wasn't affected. So I called Patco.
