Patio Enclosures Sunrooms

We signed initial contract May of 2023. The initial year, delays were due to permitting requirentes and Great Day not having vendors to address a required change to a window for meeting easement requirente. Great day finally broke ground April of 2025. The concrete work was not level but they proceeded to install one wall. This is a an ~$30K project and we are at her 30 months in with work poorly done and still incomplete. I loved the design but there has been zero success with execution. Note that I had sent in photos and videos to the points of contacts(which seem to keep changing) on this project with no success. Definitely feeling cheated both in terms of time and money and not recommending them to others.

Needed parts for sliders. Office not open much; however, caught it when tractor trailer being unloaded by Vince. He stopped and retrieved my parts without delay. V courteous , thoughtful and helpful on installation suggestions and care. . Much appreciated, Vince!!!

We just had the pleasure of meeting with Gary Frosell, a consultant for Patio Enclosures. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all product aspects and installation challenges for an existing porch. It was a very productive and professional experience for us. He was a great representative for your company.

This was the worst experience possible for installation of two walls to create a screen room out of my patio. 17 different dates they were to be here, misplaced parts to complete it, damage to my window next to the screen room, and horrible communication… Leaving me hanging every time they were supposed to show up. Overpriced, and when they quote did what they had to to make it right “I accepted their offer but shouldn’t have. They won’t even fix my window frame that was damaged during their installation when it finally happened I was brushed off so many times and took off numerous days from work just to be let down over and over. I’m glad it’s finally done, Mainly so I never have to deal with them again.

Doug Blum, salesman for Patio Enclosures, just left our home. I must say most salesmen do not leave such a lasting impression. He was on time, knowledgeable and well prepared. He spent all the time we needed to answer questions and evaluate our project. The quality of company materials is impeccable and I venture hard to beat. He offered great options. His design and presentation were impressive. I look forward to working with him in the future.
