My husband and I attended a home show at the Oregon Convention Center on Saturday, January 24, 2026. There, we booked a sales visit for today Sunday, February 1, 2026. Regional Design Coordinator Jim Kirk showed up to our home on time after confirming. He was courteous, knowledgeable and listened to my husband and I. Jim did a schematic rendering of the sunroom, which we found very helpful. He also worked through scope snd provided us a price. We met with a competitor salesperson and he fell far short of Jim. We are impressed with Jim’s knowledge and passion for his offering. He exceeded our expectations in this regard. We are looking at our options to ensure we make the best decision for us. Jim from Patio Enclosure Sunrooms was fantastic. He was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. His presentation was clear, thorough, and easy to understand, and he took the time to answer all of our questions, which we had a lot of! The estimate process was smooth, detailed, and transparent, which we really appreciated. Jim clearly takes pride in his work and represents the company very well. We felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire visit and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a patio enclosure or sunroom.
