Patio Enclosures Sunrooms

I got my porch done by patio enclosures a month ago and I am so happy I can go out on my porch pick up my mail or just look out without all my neighbors watching because the screens are dark and you can barely see the inside . The installer and Brandon the salesman did a wonderful job and it only took a day. I highly recommend them.

Our sunroom built in 2006 by Patio Enclosure is still our favorite room and highlights of the house. Unfortunately, some branches poked through the top surface of the roof earlier this year during a storm. We decided to put shingle roof on top of the existing one. Vince did a great job putting the new roof and gutter on. Thank you Vince!

The carpenter who completed the work was amazing. He did most of the work by himself. Some things were totally overpriced and we didn’t discover till after construction started that if we hired another company to do the roof for example, our warranty would be voided. We were told by the salespeople at our initial meeting it would be cheaper to hire our own people to do some of the finishing which wasn’t really true. So, buyer beware! We ended up having to pay triple for roofing by Great Day. It also took a lot longer than we were told it would but that wasn’t totally the fault of this company. It took almost a year to finish everything. Overall, though, we are very happy with our three season deck enclosure and love sitting out there in bug free shade!

They are one of the worst companies that you could ever deal with. They put my room up half ass all the things they said they were gonna give me they didn’t give me they charge me 60 some thousand dollars for a room that is probably only worth about 30,000 it was put up half ass Sloppy work and they lied about everything that they were gonna do for me. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I would never recommend this company to anybody the people that gave it a five star I don’t believe that it is correct. I think it’s probably false advertisement because they are a bunch of liars.

Patio Enclosures just finished our install a few weeks ago the quality of the product is excellent so far... Seems very well designed and engineered and well built PLUS the room is about 10 to 15° cooler than it was preinstall ...which in of itself is a huge benefit ; it's mostly glass and opens up the entire room well above the previous Pella install which was 30 years old.Tibor and Chaienne did a great job on a difficult install.
