We had water pooling around our tank that was turning into a river bypassing our leech field. This is 18 months after a national company had cleaned and jetted our system. Apparently did not do a very good job. I reached out to Rich Kimble & Sons on Sunday and immediately heard back, John showed up 2 days later and cleaned our filter and both sides of the tank. He was fantastic! Just a really nice guy who clearly explained everything to me (I love understanding how these things work). I will only use this company from now on.

Flush beats a full house in this game! They were super responsive and knowledgeable. We didn’t have any serious problems just your run of the mill 2-3 year system pump up but it was seamless and smooth. I appreciated the communication before, during, and after the service.
