DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! They got 3/4 of the money before starting and wanted the last 1/4 before they started. I said no. They cancelled the day of install and 2 months later I tried 4 times to find out what was going on. They would not return phone calls so I went to their address on the contract to see what was going on. They were no longer at that address so I figured they went out of business and took my $19,000. I got a different contractor to do the sunroom and paid another $21,000 for the project. They suddenly called out of the blue saying they were going to start tomorrow. I told them the project was already done by someone else and wanted my money back. They had their manager call me and I explained what happened and asked why no return calls and why are they not at the address o

A joke we had to get a lawyer project still not done, They then wanted more money. I wouldn’t recommend to a dog. This is two years into project and still not complete, they ruined one wall of siding had to tear everything out because they said they measured wrong, I wish I could give a zero review I wouldn’t have these people work on my dogs house. Steer clear of these people. The whole project is a disaster. Then they didn’t figure in electric had to pay extra so they say. We paid them in full and they have never completed . Still have locks missing on screens and windows, windows don’t slide right. Bugs are getting in that shouldn’t be. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY!!’ Almost two years still not completed just unreal. If I could leave a zero star review I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The project that should have been finished by November 2024 was FINALLY finished in September 2025. They installed the first time in November 2024 with two different types of windows and didn't caulk anything. Not to mention that the workers smoked both cigarettes and marijuana in my sunroom. The second time they came out they replaced the windows that were wrong but didn't bring screens or the keyed lock. After a few months I started calling but they didn't answer the phone or return messages that I left. I finally called the BBB and the company sent someone out a week later. Very good service from salesperson to management to the work crew. The crew did have to redo a couple of sections due to an error regarding the screens. But they took care of it promptly and I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures Sunrooms.
