Patriot Concrete

I contacted Patriot Concrete two weeks ago to get an estimate for my garage floor and driveway at our house. One week later I was contacted via email and John Guagenti told me that he would contact me later in the week. Today is Thursday and I contacted John to determine what time they would be coming out since I hadn't heard back and the week was virtually over. John told me that he couldn't give me an exact time and he would call me when he was coming out. Obviously, he and this company have no concern for my schedule. I told him that since I wasn't able to even get a time that they would come out to provide an estimate, I couldn't be confident in getting the work done and consequently I was moving on. So, that's exactly what I'm doing and I wouldn't suggest any others waste their time c

We contacted Patriot to add to our existing concrete drive and pour a area for a shed to sit. They set an appt which they did not show. After a few tries we got them on the phone and they came out to look at the area. We then received no estimate like we were told we’d receive. After 2 weeks I contacted and was told they were busy and they’d get back to us on the estimate. It’s been 14 more days and we have had no response. If they were that busy they should have said we cannot accommodate the work. Seems like that would have been better for both sides.

I have not had concrete work done, but I was stuck in the ditch and this kind man stopped, bought a new tow strap, and helped pull me out - insisting on nothing in return. That is all I need to know about this patriot!

They didn't answer or didn't call back
