Alex from Patriot Demolition pulled up our driveway to prepare for our new home build. We couldn't believe how fast he was, and how clean he left the property! He was courteous, friendly, and incredibly talented at his craft. I highly recommend his work - you won't regret hiring Patriot. And ask for Alex!

Alex with Patriot Demolition came and did our demolition on our garage that burned. He was so professional, took great care taking down the walls/roof and all debris so the concrete could stay intact. He coordinated the waste management dumpsters to be delivered and picked up. After all was taken down, Alex swept and blew off the site. What a great job by Patriot Demolition Services! Thank you for your service. Highly recommended.

We had a 70 year cement pool, that leaked, and was expensive to maintain. We drained it after the pandemic. It then became a hazard, a mosquito habitat, and an eyesore. We didn’t know who to turn to for help. It sat that way for a couple years. Eventually, we found Patriot Demolition. Todd and Alex were great, we felt comfortable having them around our family for a few days. The price was competitive (we got 3 bids) and they did exactly what they said they would. 2 weeks out, the grass is growing, and soon it will be like that old mess was never there. Thank you guys, what a relief !

I was affected by the March 3rd tornado & my East Nashville home needed to be taken down. I contacted Patriot Demo directly, and received a very good quote. Todd was great to speak with on the phone and took care of all the permitting and requirements to get the lot cleared. They arrived promptly, and worked quickly to take the house down. They scheduled multiple deliveries & pickups of haul away and from start to end, my lot was clears, all debris removed, and the lot graded perfectly for new construction, in less than 5 hours!! I've met with many builders at my lot, for the new build, and they indicated it was the best job they've ever seen. I would highly recommend working with Patriot to anyone that asks.
