Patriot Oil

I ordered oil on a Thursday and was told it couldn’t get delivered until Monday. My tank ran dry on Saturday and I called them to let them know and that my grandkids were visiting and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve been using them for 14 years. It’s time to start searching around for new services.

Called several times at night that I had no heat or hot water. Called in am and waited 5 hours to come and fix it. Went downstairs to shut the lights off and water was dripping in a bucket. Because I had no heat and hot water made the (water)tank? Freeze. The guy comes back and says he may not have all the Parts. I told him I needed it done tonight and asked me what he is supposed to do about it. Well go have your manager get it. Then he tells me to stop micromanaging him. Well do your job right. The guy in the office wasn’t to pleasant either. After being with this company since the year 2000. And I have a special needs adult daughter

Waiting 2 days for a scheduled oil delivery, told them I was out of oil, and they didn't show up until late afternoon! I've had this happen twice lately after being a customer for years!

They were the ONLY provider we had ever used since we bought our house in 2016. They would not give us a contract. They wait until you run out, need a prime then when the driver leaves & it shuts off 2 minutes later after HE TOLD YOU SOMETIMES IT NEEDS TO BE DONE TWICE & he was going to wait for a minute. Then when I call for help just minutes after he leaves, now it's a $200 service call for him to turn around & come back for 2 minutes to re-prime. I've told them multiple times the float that shows you how much oil we have is stuck & the tank had a wall built around it by the previous owner, meaning I have to guess when we will need oil. You think they would give us a contract after years of using their service exclusively. The lady on the phone is always RUDE. They let us wait over 24 ho

I have gone through this place various times through the last 15 years and I have never once had a complaint. The people are always so nice and trusting. They always try to help you find the best solution for for your needs. Anytime I have needed oil in my home patriot oil has always help keep me and my family warm and always fast delivery service. I 100% recommend patriot oil to anyone in any situation.
