I've been parking here on and off for months and they really need better staffing and a more efficient parking/retrieval process. I attempted to park this morning and there was a line bcuz the morning attendant was by himself both retrieving and parking cars. When he returned from bringing a woman her car, he proceeded to give the 2 car in front of me a pass and took their keys. I asked if he could give me my pass as well bcuz I needed to get to work. He said he was going 2 move the car in front, my car was 3rd in line. While I understand he is the only person working the process is still not efficient so I turned to my coworker, who was the first car, and said "they really need to come up with a better process" the attendant then turn to me, instead of just moving the car he was already g

Very fast service, reliable and secure parking. I used the Spot Hero app to get a discount. They close at midnight so if you want to pickup your car you have to do so beforehand or wait until 6am.

This company will cheat you and scam you do not park here! After paying for my car and waiting almost an hour because they couldn’t find it they asked ME to go downstairs to find it and I do so. I then ask the attendant if he can give me the key to my car and I show him the receipt. The attendant then demands me to give him $5 in order to give me the key as he’s standing at the key lockbox. When I complain to the other attendant he acts like he didn’t say it and the other guy gives me the key. I go complain to the manager and he says he doesn’t know the guy’s name. The other attendant also says he doesn’t know the guy. No one knows his name but he has on a company shirt and has the code to the lockbox and access to everyone’s car. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I called the guy over the night manager

DO NOT PARK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I parked my mothers car here while she was visiting from out of state and when I went to pick it up 3 days later it had been stolen. According to the police officer we filled out the report with the cars were left unattended with the keys in the car overnight. Multiple cars have been stolen and we have gotten no response from the garage or their insurance company as to vehicle replacement, car rentals and liability for the travel expenses incurred making sure my mother made it safely home.

DO NOT PARK HERE - I came to pick up my car, no attendant, had to wait over an hour. Then, when they get here, they couldn’t open the safe. I had to open it for them. Also, they still charged me.
