Ethan McCrillis and the Patriot Paving Crew paved two of my properties in Upper Kittitas County. Ethan met with me at both properties and clearly explained the process of preparing the land for paving and how the asphalt could be manipulated to accommodate manhole covers for sewer clean outs and water meters, catch basins for water drainage, and sloping for water control.
