Recently had a new dual fuel heat pump/gas furnace combo unit installed in my home by Temp control. The process went very smoothly and the new unit works awesome. These guys are very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in the future.

I sent an request for service and received a response back right away from Jessica. Pete arrived 15 minutes early. He was through and provided us some insight on a new to us system. Thank you!

Mitchell in the service department and Tom Dates took care of us. We needed a new Heat Pump after 17 years. The Rudd 4 Ton Heat Pump with gas back up and EcoNet Thermostat is working Great! We keep the fan on low, and our basement is the warmest it has ever been. At 24 degrees outside the heat pump puts out 85-degree air, so we have not needed the gas back heat up yet. Initially we were quoted a 3-ton unit, but I wanted more air flow to the back of the house and didn't want to burn propane as the heat pump is more efficient. Calculations were made, and the 4 Ton heat pump with my 3.25 Ton ducts is working great. The Rudd heat pump has an emergency heat control, so in a power outage, I can run the lights and the furnace, and fridge with a 120 Volt small camping generator.

We recently had our ac replaced by someone who we found out is actually a local fraud. There were several issues with the unit and we are cooling a 5100 sq ft ranch home. We called temp control and got a tech out here to trouble shoot. They were able to get in touch with the manufacturer and get the unit fixed! Amazing service and very dedicated people! Special thanks to Tom, Justin, Bobby and Pete for getting us back to good.
