Had them come out to give me a quote on installing a Tesla wall connector. Chuck came to give me a quote, and he was great. The quote was received same day and the work was scheduled and done incredibly quickly. I was impressed, so I called Dave again to get Chuck out here to give me another quote on installing my Ring floodlight. Chuck was out the next day, gave me another extremely fair quote, and had a guy come out to do it within the hour. I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Top-tier work and honest prices.

We had Patruno Hendee in our home recently to switch out our switches and outlets, install and LED can light where a mounted ceiling light had been and run electric for a new fireplace. From the estimate through to completing the work and billing, everything was handled timely and professionally. This is the second time we’ve used them for electrical work and we’d never use anyone else. I recommend them highly.

As a new resident in Syracuse, I received a welcome letter from Patruno Electric offering to assist with any electrical needs in my new home. After meeting with a representative from Patruno, I received two proposals: (1) to complete rudimentary work in the kitchen and bath, and (2) to install an eight-and-a-half foot under cabinet length of lighting above my countertop. The total for the two proposals was $2,350. I was expecting something in the $1,600-$1,800 range. There was no breakdown of costs (parts, labor, and estimated times to complete the work). I estimated four hours for this job which works out to $587.50 per hour based on the proposal totals. That's a lot.
