Pat's Discount Carpet, Flooring, and Cabinets

From start to finish, I could not be happier. Amber and Kelly helped me pick the perfect flooring. Pat came over and did the measurements. But the real star of the show is Eddie, their installer. Amazing work ethic, attention to detail, clearly a perfectionist. Eddie is an artist in every sense of the word. He went above and beyond to make sure my floors were properly sealed as have a high moisture content. He worked tirelessly to get everything just right. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

My husband and I went to SEVERAL flooring company’s to look for LVP. After our 21st sample and nothing was looking just right, we went to Pat’s Carpet and Flooring in Brea. I IMMEDIATELY found the ONE sample, took it home, and loved it! Working with Pat and Amber made this choice ideal. Such professional people. It is beveled all around and looks absolutely like real wood and is one of their most popular LVP. Their installer was meticulous, super clean, acted like this was his flooring going into his own home! We are OVERJOYED with our choice of Pat’s Carpet and their installer!!!

Everything with Pat's was amazing. From the customer service and follow-through from the office staff, Pat himself coming out to measure, communication throughout the experience, and the meticulous install done by Eddie! Would recommend again and again!

Well the pictures show you exactly what you will get if you shop here I have posted pictures of my 12k floor less than two years old. I am sad to have put my trust and hard earned money into a place that wants to charge me more money for their poor installation service. The issue was not the product, but the installation. I would just assume the floor should atleast last 5 years before issues, but I guess that is the service they provide. Please be cautious before making a investment in a mistake. Learn from my mistake
