Great service! I had a key fob made for my jeep, they had to order it and called me when it came in. Not only did they calibrate it he also sprayed my door lock which was not working. I would recommend them everyone!

I needed a replacement key fob ( with remote start that I did not have previously ;)). It was no problem. Fast and friendly service with fun conversations the whole. 100% recommend.

We recently engaged Pat's Key N Lock to install the cores for two locks and provide corresponding keys at our business. During the visit, our CEO was in a meeting, and the locksmith was politely asked if he could wait approximately 20 minutes for the meeting to conclude. The CEO’s executive assistant received an unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive response of “ABSOLUTELY NOT,” after which the locksmith abruptly walked away and left the premises. He later returned but was unable to complete the job because he did not have the proper tools or equipment with him, requiring him to leave again to retrieve what he needed from his shop. Upon completing the installation, he made an inappropriate remark suggesting that our executives were “so smart they couldn’t figure out the locks,” whic
