When I think of Patterson Homes, the first word that comes to my mind is integrity. Travis and his team are men and women of their word. When they say they are going to do something, they do it! We couldn't have asked for a better experience when building our dream home. From our very first meeting with Travis and his staff, I had a sense of peace and excitement. The team listened to every detail of what our wishes were, were very mindful of our budget, and offered suggestions when asked. They may be great builders but unfortunately we’ll never know. With a $700k budget we were told that due to current rates per sqft, our budget is not enough. Through an email which was rather insulting. Now it must be said that we never actually had the opportunity to talk with a person. You have to fill out a form before they’ll reach out to you. In the form they limit you through pre filled options on the sqft starting at 2500. Well our needs do not require 2500, rather 2100-2300 which we could have discussed had you taken the time. They also include site prep as a “potential” increase in building cost. From the very beginning, their team made every step of the process smooth and stress-free, and it was clear they truly care about delivering a great product. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the final result is a beautiful, custom home that exceeded our expectations many times over. We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Patterson Homes. This was our first time building a home so we had a lot of questions. Travis and the rest of the staff were very patient with us, answering all of our questions and guiding us along the way. We were so happy with the communication and customer service we received.
