WORST moving experience - Unsafe and Unprofessional I hired this company expecting care and professionalism, but what I got was the opposite. The owner, Seth Patterson, promised items would be wrapped and protected. Instead, he charged extra for wrap that was never used. Our belongings were damaged, left behind, and thrown into a storage unit that looked like a dangerous game of Jenga—heavy outdoor furniture stacked on fragile boxes, many labeled “fragile” and “heavy,” upside down and sideways. Dirty outdoor equipment was placed on top of a clean white couch that was supposed to be wrapped but wasn’t. To make matters worse, I had to spend my own time rearranging and clearing the front of the storage unit, even moving items into another unit because it was so dangerously packed it couldn’

I’d like to speak on behalf of my mother in law (Vicki Burton), and her daughter (Indi and her husband) - all three of whom left slander on this fine gentleman’s page. Firstly, my mother in law was diagnosed with dementia early last year. Long story short - these men did a wonderful job moving her belongings from point A to point B. Nothing was broken, and they kept their word from start to finish.. However, Vicki was unable to pay the final bill in full. This of course, created a sticky situation resulting in her posting negative lies. She is unable to control her anger, and treated these men very poorly for the majority of the time during her move. We booked them June 2nd. After paying the deposit for the loading (we didn't even want them to move our stuff, we just wanted our truck loaded,) they confirmed with us on the 10th. The day of the loading, we reached out and were told "let me call someone about that" then never called back. They blocked my wife's number and pretended their phone wasn't working when I called. A simple explanation would've been nice. Find someone reputable. These guys lack any real customer service skills. Update - After telling us we'd get out deposit back, they ghosted us. Don't get scammed by them like we did.

Really disappointing. Setting up help for loading went well. The crew showed up but were unable to do the job. This was mid April. I was told I would get my money back. It's now July and I received only $50 out of $420. Hire someone else.

This company is a scam. Happy to talk and take my deposit and then completely ghosted me. Update: this company is a scam. They took my deposit. No showed. Blocked me. Then claimed they would file a police report for violating federal charges....for leaving a bad review. They also claimed to have returned my deposit which is not true. Apparently the BBB took their business license several years ago.
