We found the folks from Paul Davis exceptionally responsive to our water damage need including communicating with the insurance company, the home owner below us who experienced the damage and with us the insured. They were speedy, efficient, thorough in explaining the process of recovery and repairs were done well. The only glitch was the dry wall repair dust left a layer after the sanding and it would have been good to have had that cleaned as part of the job. Everything else was excellent.

PDR Project Manager Bethany Murgee was a godsend to remedy the water damage we suffered at beginning of May. PDR promptly sent a crew to dryout our basement then plan the remediation. They use a sophisticated app to instantly map the basement and all rooms to providing quantities and costs. This enabled subsequent quick decisions on our part not wanting to replace the carpet and wanting to install wood laminate LVP. Nor wanting to replace the wood paneling wainscotting and wallpaper and going with drywall instead. What started as flooding remediation enabled us to do a modest renovation incurring additional costs only for the materials difference that resulted in a dramatic improvement to our basement. In addition, all the subcontractors were friendly, capable and made us comfortable
