Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Columbia

I am extremely disappointed with Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Columbia and how our restoration process has been handled. The initial visit took place on November 13, 2025, with Topher Daniel (Recon Estimator). During that visit, he explained the process and stated he would return once mitigation was complete. My husband notified Topher on November 18, 2025 that mitigation had been completed, and again on November 24, 2025, after we received confirmation from USAA that payment was issued and approval was given for Paul Davis Restoration to begin the restoration process in our home. We had a great experience with Paul Davis Property Restoration. Chad was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire restoration process while our family was displaced for approximately two weeks. Chad coordinated highly skilled teams for flooring, kitchen remodeling, ceiling and wall repairs, and trim work. The workmanship met professional standards, timelines were maintained, and the overall quality was excellent. Communication was clear, and all work was completed efficiently and correctly. I can’t say enough good things about Paul Davis Restoration. I called them after experiencing a sewage backup in my home—definitely one of the more stressful situations a homeowner can face. horrible experience, i had a house fire on march 9 2025..battery operated string light on front door wreath . corroded. battery ignited wreath and front door.they just completed the job a week ago🙄the contractors they sent to my home flooded my home 3 times with their carelessness, all their work was below standard and had to be corrected and the workers did not speak any English. HORRIBLE experience. i chose them bc they were my insurance companies (safco) “ preferred contractor “ what a joke. i am still worried about black mold in my home, i watched them cover up black mold with new sheetrock and when i complained about it they sent someone over with a moisture meter, nothing more. i watched there workers bring demo materials from other jobs and throw it in the dumpster that i had rente

My project manager went above and beyond to help my family in our time of need after a water leak effected our home. The rebuild craftsmanship was excellent. As a company, they are both personal and professional.
