The restoration team was excellent — fast, professional, and thorough. I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the construction side was very disappointing. The work was completed without proper inspections, no walkthrough was done, and the bathroom was not restored to its original condition. The drywall finishing in the basement required rework, and flooring was damaged during the process, which took months to resolve. Communication from management was poor. I was repeatedly told someone would follow up, but weeks would pass while payment was still being requested despite unresolved issues. I recommend reviewing your contract carefully and confirming all terms in writing before proceeding.

I had an ice damn on my roof that caused a ceiling and wall leak in my bedroom. My insurance company sent Paul Davis to do the water remediation and repair work. Paul Davis was very responsive and thorough. Angel Silva was great at keeping me informed through every step of the remediation process. The area in my room was sealed off so that no debris or dust would affect the rest of my home. Angel even came out on a Sunday to pick up the remediation equipment. I am now waiting for the reconstruction team to start the ceiling and wall repairs. I hope that goes smoothly too. Update: My project manager, Rubin, was fantastic! Paul Davis was recommended by Allstate Insurance Co and they have been horrible! No one has been out to the property since asbestos beneath the flooring was discovered 9 days ago. In addition, one of the workers put his hand through our kitchen window and now there is plywood covering that window, dry blood on the kitchen floor and a hazmat covering over the kitchen opening. We have been left to feel like refugees in our own home while the company has moved on to the next customer! Since my first review which I confronted about by Ed the supervisor 48 hours later, I was promised that things would get better and they never did. The trouble started with the insurance company that recommended Paul Davis. It didn't occur to me that such a referral might be flawed. I've since identified other companies to use. During the early stages of planning, it was clear that, in addition to the insurance-related work, my bathtub was leaking. I asked them to fix it at my cost. They agreed and then forgot. Unfortunately, additional damage occurred after Paul Davis finished, resulting in extra costs. If Paul Davis said no, I would have hired a plumber myself to come out and fix it before they finished their repairs. They didn't seem to care about this issue and never responded to me. Following a sewage pipe leak in my house, my basement was filled with dirty water. My insurance company recommended Paul Davis for the mitigation and renovation services. The first day, Charles and Adiel, worked to remove the saturated carpet, install dehumidifiers and fans and cut holes in the wall/ceiling where the plumber was going to work. They were very pleasant and professional and after 4 days, my basement was dry as a bone and the plumber was able to fix the problem. Kyle, who picked up the equipment was very pleasant, professional and efficient. I was very happy with the work that these men performed. Thank you.
