We used Paul Davis Restoration after a nightmare of water leak that spread over three rooms. Jesse made this experience so much easier on us! Communication with both us and our insurance rep was phenomenal through the whole process. I was 23 weeks pregnant when our floors were pulled up and could not stop sneezing/cough due to the dust kick up. Jesse was very thoughtful and left an air scrubber for us knowing insurance doesn't like to cover that equipment but told me he couldn't leave me breathing in all that gunk over the weekend while we waited for the flooring team to cover subfloors on Monday. Him, his team and all subcontractors, did go the extra mile where they could! We would absolutely recommend Jesse and his team!

We had a water damage event that resulted in mold that required remediation. The team from Paul Davis did an excellent job in managing the project and keeping it moving. The subs were well coordinated and timely in completion of their respective areas. The quality of work was very good. They were very communicative and kept me informed of progress as well as any decisions that were needed from me. This was especially important this is a winter residence for us, and we were not at the home during the remediation. My overall experience was a positive one.
