Paul Davis Restoration of Metro NY / NJ

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Robert Minicozzi Jr. from Paul Davis Restoration. All the information and service provided was accurate and great. A very professional and respectful staff that ensured that the ceiling repair, due to a major leak, was repaired and painted. It was, as if, the damage never happened. The restoration crew was very careful in removing items that could have been damaged in the restoration process and reinstalled the same items. Hopefully, I don't go through this process again, but if it happens, I am calling Mr. Minicozzi Jr.

Eddie and his crew from Paul Davis Restoration did a phenomenal job at my home. We had significant water damage and the results are AMAZING! Eddie maintained constant communication throughout the entire process and stayed within the timeline he initially provided. He made sure that my input was taken into consideration before each step of the repairs and was easily reachable at all times. His crew was very professional and worked very hard to stay within their timeline. They were also very accommodating during my pop-in visits to see the progress. I highly recommend Paul Davis construction due to their quick responsiveness and thoroughness in addressing the water damage from our fire. Contractor, Roman Madani, dispatched his team the same evening as our fire and the remediation from the flood started immediately. Roman was friendly and professional and was always available when needed (including evenings and weekends).

Working with the Paul Davis teams made a bad situation much easier to cope with. Members of both teams were working in our basement in freezing conditions for two weeks. They were positive, energetic and careful with our property from start to finish.
