Paul Davis Restoration of Suburban Maryland and Washington DC

Absolutely fantastic service during a very, very challenging time. While sewage flooded across our carpeted floors and seeped into closets, Paul Davis Restoration swooped in and took care of literally everything. We could not be any more grateful to Crystal and Mark for being so reassuring on the phone, for knowing so well what needed to be done, and for doing it so amazingly quickly. I didn't have to step foot into the raw sewage, thankfully, and they even guided us through next steps with insurance/WSSC. Hopefully you'll never need them but keep their phone number on file, just in case. Maybe hang it on your fridge. We hope to never need them again but we would use them in a heartbeat if we have another disaster.

I wanted to provide an additional update to the second part of the water damage we had due to a leaking garbage disposal underneath our kitchen sink. We decided to have Paul Davis Restoration take care of the repairs portion as well. When I tell you this is a top notch company I mean it! I want to also thank and acknowledge the great job the team members Linda, Carlos G. and crew, Chris, Ali that were assigned to assist in coordinating and repairing our kitchen and basement. Very happy with the services of Paul Davis Restoration. David Kirk, who was my emergency recovery coordinator came to my house after a massive tree fell on it. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and competent. Felt relieved and assured that my case would be handled quickly and the job completed satisfactorily. We were enormously pleased with the work of Corina, Julissa and Luis. The Paul Davis team did outstanding work getting all of our belongings out and then back into our home after a tree had fallen on it. Superior work-- they were incredibly organized and respectful to our place. The work was finished well before the advertised deadline; we were not expecting them to reshelve our belongings, but they did, in precisely the way they were before we vacated our house. It was an unexpected comfort to deal with this team at a time of great stress. It is a stellar organization.
