I’ve used Paul Davis twice now—once a few years ago for my kitchen floor and most recently for extensive mold mitigation and restoring my bathroom after water damage. I’m a property manager for multiple homes and work with contractors regularly, so my expectations are high. Paul Davis has exceeded them every time. They identified significant mold issues that had been missed initially and handled the mitigation thoroughly and professionally. Their crew is respectful, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in doing the job the right way. What truly sets Paul Davis apart is how well they work with insurance companies. They were timely and responsive in getting started and Hernan and his crew were incredibly professional throughout the entire mitigation process. Paul Davis Restoration did repairs for me on a townhouse that had water damage from a burst pipe. They replaced the carpet, repaired the drywall as well as the ceiling lights. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They were very responsive when I had any questions. Great experience overall.
