Great company! Paul Davis FTW, stuck with us every step of the way! David the PM was amazing kept us aware gave us expectations and kept to his projected time line! The teams within thus company were amazing! Michael, Donelle, Brandon, Gabriel and many other members were all so friendly and helpful! The quality of the work completed on our home is top notch! I will work with these guys again! WE HIGHLY recommend this team!

Everyone I met at this company is very concerned that you get your house fixed right and they make sure you’re happy. I good experiences with Jake.,Caleb And David , my contractor was absolutely fantastic. He made sure I was satisfied and it was very attentive to detail.

The difficult part is deciding whether the house flooding or the 8-month repair process was more traumatizing. The mitigation efforts went well, that's where it stopped. We had 3 different crews and 4 different project managers on the job. At one point one of the crews was drinking on the job. At one point I was gaslit in real time about my house being crooked versus a pony wall they installed being crooked. At no point did I receive any communication from the owner or corporate about the challenges of completing this project. Many promises were made, more were broken. Many timelines were given and it took FOUR times as long as their first projection. I had to get the insurance's performance team involved to get this company to do their job. We appreciated the professionalism of not only Rick Walker at Paul Davis Restoration, but his entire team. In an age where many companies aren't even sure what customer service is, Rick's team was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended). They knew what they were doing and cared about doing a great job.

Brandon and Jesus were absolutely amazing as they had to navigate a mess and did it effectively and without and complaint. Brandon also helped me greatly with a demo on a big kitchen project and has been my best experience with Paul Davis. Thanks Brandon and Jesus!
