Nevada truly stood out and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves during a very stressful situation. His professionalism and reassuring presence made a huge difference, and I felt confident knowing my home was in good hands. I had a nightmare of a leak in my rental property, luckily I was between tenants. I contacted Paul Davis, they sent someone out the next day to assess. They began remediation very quickly thereafter, opening walls and pulling up flooring, ran fans and dehumidifiers until everything was totally dry. The repairs were only delayed because of the insurance adjusters that went on vacation during my crisis 😑. Once they got back and gave the GO, Boston made sure to have someone out to repair the ceilings, floors, bathroom, replaced carpeting in the entire condo, painted and cleaned up afterwards. Dougie and Julian stayed super late just to turn the condo over to me completed within a couple of weeks. Anytime I had questions, I could always count on a call from Boston or Tommy. Rob and James did a fantastic job of remediating water damage from a dishwasher leak. They explained the process well, kept us up to date on progress, did a very clean floor demolition, came out every day to check moisture levels, and provided an overall professional experience. Adding to my review now that the repair and installation is complete: I was very happy with the quality and speed of the flooring repairs and installation - Lance does excellent work. I work from home and other than the times where he let me know it was going to get a bit noisy, I hardly knew he was here.Throughout the whole reconstruction process, Boston kept us informed about what to expect, what would happen next, and when.

Highly recommend this company! We recently moved in and we discovered some black mold behind a sink that our inspector missed. This company came out the next business day to get it all taken care of. They did absolutely amazing getting rid of it all. They contained the area with a hepa filter/air scrubber overnight and came back to take down containment. Tracey in the office was amazing keeping me updated and getting me scheduled. Chris and Rob both did a great job! Chris was very informative too which I really appreciated! They provided me with pics and everything as well which I appreciated so I could see what was found inside the wall. I am now getting a quote on restoring the half bath and will update when that is done but as of right now my experience with this company has been great

Had very good experience with Paul Davis Restoration. Leak in dishwasher required a new tile floor and some cabinets rebuilt. The remediation and repair process was well communicated and executed. The Production manager, Matthew McDonald, was very helpful in the whole process. Any small issues that came up were addressed in a very timely manner. Lance did an excellent job with the cabinet rebuilds and other carpentry work. The entire team was very professional.
