The restoration crew was polite, respectful and professional. Also the quality of their work was excellent. Compared to other companies the cost of the repairs were fair and saved us money 👍👍👍

After our house fire we relied on Paul Davis to help us in the midst of our crisis- not create another. It’s been a year, and we’re still finding problems in the reconstruction of the house. Drywall spackle literally falling off, random, moved, light switch locations, poor water pressure, our exhaust vent to our microwave was not done so there’s a literal hole in the side of our house that shoots in cold air. Please, do NOT let your insurance talk you into Paul Davis. It will make the worst time of your life even more stressful than it has to be. I just want to have a functional house. That’s all we asked for. On one occasion, I found mold in our house, unaware that I had seen it, they literally painted over it. The entire team at Paul Davis has been so incredibly helpful and skilled in remodeling our basement after some flood damage. Honestly, they are 100% the team to go to. Rhonda has been our project manager, and she is the absolute best — even coming to our house on New Year’s Eve to make sure we had carpet samples to go through. Just amazing customer service, and amazing work. They’ve redone walls, put in full new cabinets and sink, just everything!! I’m so grateful we got this team, would absolutely call them again if we ever need anything else done in the house.

I had an unfortunate leak from a bathroom into my dining room. Paul Davis was here within 18 hours of me calling their office. Joel, Q, and Kalissa were so professional and I have never seen such clean demo work in my life! They disrupted my house as little as possible, which is hard to do when construction is happening. They were super gentle with the removal of everything that needed taken out. (The baseboards had nails removed and are undamaged and can be reinstalled. I was impressed!) I am super impressed (I keep using that word!) with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone else who needs help drying out a water incident.
