The folks at Paul Davis showed up quick and started working immediately. They kept me informed the entire time they were here. The also called prior to showing up each time they came. And they also called every time they left. We were very pleased and impressed with their work ethic job well done.

We had a tornado rip through our cabin property that completely tore our roof off. After a few calls, a contractor suggested Paul Davis. Called and they were on their way within the hour securing a tarp to protect the structure, prevent more water damage, and help make sure we were prepared from any rain that was forecasted the next couple days. The lafy who answered my call said not to worry, they will gladly take care of us. Mason, Jerrett, and Kaleb beyond exceeded my expectations. Worked quick, were professional, and so empathetic with our situation. Making me stress about one less (huge) problem. Planning on using them for the remainder of the repairs during this time, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone we know. Thank you guys!!!!

My daughter was with State Farm for 23 years and Paul Davis was the first name out of her mouth when I told her our dehumidifier had quit and dampened some carpet. I called Paul Davis at 10:00 am and they had a man from Columbus in my house by 1:30 with big time equipment. My basement carpet was soon drying out. The company returned the next day, tested the area for wetness with a moisture detector and declared the carpet was now dry. After some recent bad experiences with customer service, my wife and I were very pleased with the Paul Davis Company and recommend them highly.
