I highly recommend Nelson and his team, especially for complex projects. We had a challenging situation involving a leak of our rubber roof located beneath our roof deck. The developers of our condo in Somerville (prior to us purchasing it) did not install the roof properly - with the flashing only extending to the edge of that room leading to the roof deck. Nelson’s team quickly identified the root cause and handled it flawlessly. They carefully disassembled and preserved the deck, removed the damaged materials, and repaired the underlying sheathing. I was incredibly impressed by their attention to detail to ensure we wouldn’t have future leaks.
