Outstanding Experience with Paul Petty Roofing & Siding Absolutely professional from start to finish. They used top-notch materials, were incredibly easy to work with, and completed both our garage and house roof in just one day. The site was left spotless, truly impressive attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout, and the crew was polite, respectful, and made sure not to disturb us. I’m beyond pleased and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Recently had repair work performed on the south end of our house. Window sills were rotted with other damage from years of moisture. Clearly it’s been a problem for many years on this home, especially considering this side of the house takes on tons of water during storms but gets very little sunlight. Paul and his team made the repairs and also took additional steps to ensure this is no longer a problem including building a drip edge, tucking the coil stock under the window and pitching it so water can’t pool. Also did a very good job sealing everything up with OSI Quad Max. I’m confident we will never have this issue again. This company did the original siding and roof install back in 2016 and all is holding up very well. We would not hesitate to call Paul for future roofing/siding

Paul returned my call same day and sent someone over the following day to take a look. After not getting emails or calls returned from a variety of craft people, it was refreshing to see he cared. Great customer experience!

I thought I did a review years ago, but apparently not. Paul is very professional and trustworthy. He did my roof, windows and more, and when the windows had manufacturer issues he stayed on the case for months throughout COVID including having the manufacturer out to my home multiple times. Nothing says commitment like a contractor that literally doesn't stop until a big shot at the manufacturer is in my home addressing defects herself! His work is great. My shingles are flawless years later, whereas throughout my neighborhood the roof-in-a-day reroofs all have flaws I can see while driving by. Perhaps Paul might take a bit longer to return a call, but he does the legwork himself without some massive staff of poorly paid and pushy salespeople who circle customers like fresh meat. I'd ra
