I'll be calling the authorities regarding one of your employees. Driving on I-10 on the 9/23/25 at 9pm with the License Plate ANOO738. With all the poor reviews re: the terrible behavior of your employees I know contacting you with do NOTHING. Maybe the police will.

They are destroying our yards and hit a water line. It flooded our circle street with water and mud. Barely a cleanup, mud still all over the place and we lost water for 3+ hours. A bunch of clowns doing the CenturyLink fiber. Back again today, after the flood, to screw things up more. Plus they absolutely blocked my entire driveway Tuesday and Wednesday holding us hostage in our house.

An angry and unprofessional representative of Pauley came to my front door, demanded access to my backyard, failed to present me with documentation, or proof of where he was working he also failed to mention why he needed access to my backyard. When I told him that he would need to make an appointment with me, he got irrate, angry, and threatened me at my front door. He threatened to have the police come over, which I would’ve gladly allowed. I will not allow this person into my property without the police at this point. They have been poking around on my property for months, taking pictures without leaving any notification that they were there. The only reason I have that information is due to my security cameras.
