Huge thanks to Paul's Air FX for coming through when I needed it most! My AC quit working on one of the hottest days of the year, and they were able to come out quickly. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough — he found a refrigerant leak and had it repaired the same day. What really impressed me was that they got everything done in just a couple of hours without any price gouging, which I've unfortunately experienced with other companies in the past. Their pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I was so happy with the experience that I signed up for their affordable maintenance plan, which gives me peace of mind going forward. Absolutely amazing. Great communication, great customer service, and great follow-through. Very knowledgably and do not try to upsell you. They work by the hour and not by the job, so the price does not change as they work. Some companies do work by the job and each item they work on adds to the bill. This place does not it's a flat hourly fee. They also 100% stand behind their work. I have absolutely nothing negative I could say about this experience it was amazing! The tech who did my furnace was very thorough and went through the whole thing to make sure he did not miss anything and cleaned my furnace as he went. He had to return, not his fault the furnace was acting up and decided to quit working again after he left. He went through everything again with a fine tooth comb and replace

Technicians decided to use a jig saw/ saws all instead of a large hole saw leaving jagged unfinished looking work in the drywall in multiple places, they also didn’t measure when putting in the holes so they compensated by making an “S” with 3-4 combinations when the holes didn’t line up ( they were off by apprx 10”… When I reached out for a fix, my appointment was cancelled by the owner and he told his secretary to tell me to “take your business elsewhere”. What a guy! I even emailed requested pics, when I sent a follow up email there was no further response…
