Paul is very good at the initial visit and sales process. I did not look into his reviews or check him out as much as I usually do as he was referred to me by someone. Paul offered several discounts to get me to sign up for the job. One of which was to fill an empty spot in his "very full calendar". My wife and I moved everything out of our garage to be ready for Paul only for him to not be able to start the day he said. He made it out in the next couple days once and then had excuses for a few days and did not show. He usually sent a text or replied when I asked where he was. It was supposed to be a 2 to 3 day job that ended up taking 8 (July 16-23). He pushed for final payment when he was done to pay his guys and I should have listened to my gut to wait until I was able to walk o

Paul's Custom Floors is a complete scam job. Paid for job in full. $5.45 a sq ft for 1200 Sq. to do my entire driveway and front stairs. I paid in full the $6200 before the job was even done. I later realized Paul lied about the 1200 sq. the whole project really was less than 800sq. I paid almost $9 a sq. through this fraudulent pricing scam. Worst is he destroyed my driveway and stairs I will post  pictures to show the work and damage. I will now have to take him to court to fix his negligence and amateurish practices. He started the job but did not finish. He coated the driveway in the middle of the work day with nobody home . He diid not even attempt to mark off the wet driveway and was surprised when somebody used it to  pulled into while still being wet. He just blamed everyone else f

My experience wasn't positive in regards to communications and timeliness. It took six weeks to finish my job, something that's normally four days to a week. I couldn't use my garage during this time and the items I keep there were stored elsewhere in my home. The owner would state he'd be here on a specific date and time and then no-show without notice or short notice. My attempts to reach him via phone call or text were ignored frequently. At one point, I had to contact one of his family member's to get him to call me. He did have a family member that got ill during that timeframe but my belief is this was not the root cause for his delay. The end state looks nice but the grief I endured while he delayed for unknown reasons accounts for the low rating.

Paul completely restored our garage floor by first spending 4 hours diamond grinding the old floor and addressing all the cracks. This was an essential part to prepping the floor for the epoxy and non skid top coat. Our garage floor now looks awesome. Thank you Paul
