They were painting the lines at the battle ground Albertsons and I stopped to ask if they could give me a price to paint at my office down the road. I only had 6 lines and one no parking word section and expected $2-300. They said they would stop by and do it quick for free! By the time I saw them on my cameras and then showed up, they had left and I didn’t get to tip the team! If the owner gets this, please let me know how I can give to the crew! We used Pavement Maintenance for several jobs around our property. They repaired an area of our driveway that was sunken and badly cracked. They installed concrete curbing to better direct runoff from the driveway, and they seal coated the long flag lot driveway to all 4 homes around us. From the initial contact to the project implementation, each employee of PMI was courteous, very competent, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I called this company looking for an estimate on my paving project and the receptionist was Not Friendly and Not Helpful, she told me that they were two weeks out for an estimate and that if someone was in the area they would just drive by and look and then send me a bid. I said that I would prefer to meet with someone in person and explain what I want done. I asked her how could someone know what I want done as I had not discussed any details with her yet, Nor did she ask for any details. I was told that it's their job to just know what I want done. This company was cleaning a parking lot in a residential neighborhood at 2am with their leaf blowers blasting and their vacuum trucks roaring. I confronted one of the crew members that they were making way too much noise and he could care less and continued blasting away. Simply a terrible group. It went on for over an hour.
