This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. They will not send your msgs but still take the money out of your account. Can't finish my profile because it won't let me upload my pic. They have no tech support. I've been trying to reach them for weeks. I would go with any alternative. if you can

Having issues the exact same as someone else on the reviews. My account is funded and the system will not acknowledge the fact that I’ve pressed 1 for English or 3 to accept. This has been going on for well over a week. I’ve submitted multiple calls and emails and all the representatives can tell me is the techs are working on it, they’ve made changes to my account, and will put in another service ticket. I can’t even accept a pre-paid call from the facility. Update….. it’s been 10 days since I’ve been able to accept a call and 5 days since I initially called paytel, I’ve called them every day since and the only thing they can still tell me is that “my ticket is still open” and that it usually takes “48-72 hours but ticket times are running longer”.

This phone service is pathetic! It’s been over a week with everyday’s same old story of an excuse of this It issue, give it 24 hours and check to say work order is still open, I will get one call on and 10 that do not have the prompt to answer and when I asked to speak with a supervisor they didn’t even answer or call back and in the meantime my loved one sits unable to call home. If their IT department can’t get the issue repaired it might be in their best interest to hire someone who can get it fixed. I’m fixing to ask for a refund and close this account and they better send my money back. Very disappointed with their service!

Service is wack!! Customer service was ok but the manager who they claim is suppose to get back to me within 24-72 hours, never happened! They didn’t want to credit my account back for the service that was not clear and you couldn’t hear the other party for like 2-3minutes. Then all of a sudden, I couldn’t receive calls from the other party for like 4 days. They claim they’re having service issues and IT is working on fixing the problem but what about the money I’ve lost thus far and also, not being able to talk to my loved one!! For days….thumbs down for me.

I have not been able to talk to my man in two days because of this system. When will it be fixed? Why haven’t we gotten an email or notification about what’s going on? This is heartbreaking and frustrating! Let me just say that communication is everything. People can understand if you have issues occur beyond your immediate control, it’s the fact of not caring enough to at least send out a message on Facebook or somewhere instead of other random posts when we are missing out love ones that hurts. We are already stressed with having love ones in jail and so are they. Let us know you care and you are trying to fix it, give some updates smh.
