Why would an experienced contractor have a street sweeper cleaning without water in the sweeper? All that sweeper does is throw all the dirt, dust and debris into the air, on cars, on awnings, into homes when doors are open and into people's lungs and eyes. Sadly complaints to the job foreman are brushed off and ignored and the work continued. If those workers lived where they were doing this work they would be just as upset as myself and my neighbors are. This company would not be someone I would hire. The City of San Diego will be notified. I'll be happy to share the video footage I took today with the city and this contractor to show what a mess their workers created.

Watched their driver drop all the trash in the street as he placed reflectors on the road bumps they just cleaned of paint.
