Would give a negative Star , got quote for new flooring, painting, countertop, and other trade quotes the total was $39,000 I didn't agree , so I drove up to Dallas and got the quotes myself and the total was $20, 000 Leaving Rudy with a $19, 000 profit. Way obsurb cause contractors normally take a 20 percent profit, not a 100 percent profit. You be the judge, your forewarned letting Payless do any remodeling work for you.
