Payless Plumber Gastonia NC

To be honest I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We contacted Jason about 5 weeks ago to get a quote to run a water line and a gas line for us. It took them 2 weeks to come out to begin the work which is reasonable and the price was reasonable. The main problem that I have it that they were not on time for any of the appointments we scheduled with them and as far as communication they are terrible with it because I had to call them every time to figure out when they were coming out or to even get updates on the work that we had requested to be done. The water line was installed on the day we scheduled the original appointment and we were told that the gas line parts would need to be ordered. It is now almost 3 weeks after the original appointment and the parts were at the ware

Jason is by far the best person that I have ever hired to do any work on my home. He went so far above and beyond in the work that he did replacing and converting my water heater, and I would recommend him to ANYONE. I actually called him back to ask for a referral for someone else, because I know that I can trust what he said. Not only does do good work, he is a very nice person. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Horrible experience with this company! They don’t even deserve 1 star. They didn’t come at the appt set and didn’t even call to until late late Sunday evening which is the next day. The plumber showed up at my house around 8 pm Sunday and had some issues with his tool and have to leave. I called Jason regarding this matter and instead of providing professional customer service he argued with me over and over. He wondered why I’m upset. I will never use this company again. The plumber was nice but Jason was horrible. He need some education to provide better customer service.

Too bad O stars is not an option! DON'T waste your time like they wasted ours! I called the office in the morning and they had Jason call me. Jason said he'd be here around 4:00. At 5:00 I called Jason to confirm that we were still on . At 5:45 I called the office and spoke with the same yahoos that took my call this morning and they said they'd have Jason call me. NO call at any point. REPEAT: Don't waste your time.

I had a leak from my toilet and one under the house. The person came out to fix it and he didn't set the bolts right on the toilet so when we cleaned up one bolt came loose. We had to call him back. The next day after threatening to stop payment on my check he finally came back. Now a few weeks later my leak under the house is leaking again in the same exact spot. I called and whoever was on the phone said that they don't warrant their work.... They told me when they came out they did warrant their work and he said "I guarantee you it will never leak there again".. So much for bring a reputable company who backs their work.
