Quick service when I needed my HVAC system replaced in middle of heat wave. Sales guys was super helpful. Offered 4 options. Explained pricing and benefits of each. I ultimately chose the Carrier Performance 4 ton, which gets me a federal tax credit and a TECO rebate. I wanted to address three things. Humidity control, energy efficiency, and noise. The unit is excellent in all three areas!!! Amazing that other HVAC providers state it’s Florida, get used to 55-65% humidity in the house. This new Carrier maintains 45-55% RH. Our home feels very pleasant now, even in Florida!! 😊 Good job during the install. Looks very nice. Sounds very quiet. I haven’t received the energy bill yet, but SEER2 =17, I expect we will be happy with electric bill soon as we get it. Sales great, installatio

Payne installed my AC in my home approximately 18 years ago. Since I have owned the home, I have used them for preventative maintenance. They are top notch. I spoke with Justin (project manager) last week (Friday) about purchasing a new unit due to it's age and a refrigerant leak. To my dismay, Justin quoted me a price, was able to verify the parts were in stock and was also able to have an appointment scheduled for today (Tuesday). He even showed up prior to his workers' arrival to explain the process and ensure I understood everything. To the end, he watched over the gentlemans' every move and ensured they did a proper job by a video walk-around at the end of the process. Also, the workers were strictly professional! This is a very professional company and I would highly recommend!...N

Hello, Our service person was Daniel Merritt. We would just like to say what a very thorough, knowledgeable and kind person he was. We have never had anyone show us pictures and explain each of them to us. Daniel did that. He took that extra step to make certain we understood everything he did to our A/C system and to let us know our system is still doing very well. That is a very great way to do business.
