Very happy with the service received, these guys are honest, with more than reasonable prices. At time of calling for a quote they gave a thorough break down of the process, and each of the fees associated- and even advise on what I can do for free through the dealership first, to save some money with them so they don’t have to charge me! I’m sure most other places would be happy to up charge anywhere they can. It really shows how they value the customer, and saving the customer as much money as possible. I had to wait a couple of days for my key fob to be ordered in, but no big deal. Again, they could have just come out no questions asked, got the key and charged me- only to tell me they don’t have the fob and they would need to come back out for that and charge another programming fee,

These guys were able to get into my roof box and cut a new key within 20 minutes, and even stayed after closing to help me out with it. Highly recommend!

The employees were all really helpful. They lent me a lock for 4 months while I waited to get a factory replacement part.

I called after hours just hoping to leave a message to get an appointment as soon as possible, and someone answered the phone! Jay was so helpful and thoughtfully explained what to expect (which was a welcome change after talking with another locksmith who told me that the smart lock I bought wasn’t a smart lock and that I needed to buy an inferior one from him). Jay was able to come the very next day and install the lock, and his rate was hundreds less than the other quote I received. He even stayed to make sure I understood how to use the app to control it. I am 100% satisfied and will only be calling Payson Lock & Key from now on. I highly recommend them.

I had John and Gabe cut and program new Range Rover keys. They were quick and responsive and best value I found after several other attempts other places.
